We do not distribute, sell, or share in any way information that may be detrimental to our members or clients. Your contact information as it is known to our internal records is kept on file for lawful purposes which include but are not limited to placing service (hosting) orders, contests, and community events. These records are kept in the strictest confidentiality by the Administration and are not shared internally. Your security is of the highest importance to us and we treat each bit of personal information as if it was our own.
Aggressors
The above does not apply to individuals who have committed an act of aggression against The Super Soldiers and/or it’s administration (i.e., defacement, slander, hacking, or other illegal activities that can be applied).
Full Disclosure to Lawful Authorities
If we find ourselves in a legal situation in which we are subpoenaed or otherwise requested to disclose our records towards a Federal investigation we will do so immediately. We pride ourselves as a community of law-abiding individuals and will not hesitate to aid lawful authorities in the apprehension or arrest of a suspect.
Offsite/Offline Activities
This site does not take responsibility for any offsite and offline activity of members, clients, staff, or individuals otherwise deemed associated with The Super Soldiers.
