The Super Soldiers is a press site specializing in the fields of animation and gaming.
Starting in February, 1998, The Super Soldiers was a small Dragon Ball site giving information, episode summaries and reviews, as well as providing media for visitors to preview.
In the summer of 2000, The Super Soldiers changed to encompass a multitude of animations. Featuring a new design, it took on the subtitle, “Your Number One Anime Source”. From Akira to Zoids and everything in between, The Super Soldiers was one of the places to go for reliable information, unbiased reviews, and information related to animation.
In 2003, The Super Soldiers took on a new direction. Armed with yet another re-design, it took on the fields of both animation and gaming. Featuring singular coverage of the PlayStation, several reviews were posted. By the middle of 2004, most major platforms were covered by The Super Soldiers. As of 2006, all major platforms are covered by The Super Soldiers.
In September 2007, The Super Soldiers went down for an extended time period. Since then, it has been in hiatus. July 2008 marked the return of The Super Soldiers in a new format. Instead of the traditional old and bloated format, it has moved onto a more blog centered format giving it’s users better interactibiltiy. We still wish to provide you with the best gaming and (at times) anime information possible. Therefore, overtime, all older post will be returned. In regards to anime, The Super Soldiers has partnered with Otaku Times to continue bringing you anime news.
The Super Soldiers is also a multi-time winner of the Golden Web Awards, which is presented annually.
